We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, including the warranty card and manual, then secure it in a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
